基于数值模拟的支架成形工艺与排样设计

摘要 以翼子板下支架为研究对象,利用冲压成形分析软件AutoForm通过对冲压负角的检查确定产品冲压方向;通过成形极限数值分析确定冲压工艺方案,在AutoForm中仿真预测板料成形过程的减薄、拉裂和起皱等缺陷。在成形仿真分析基础上进行冲压排样分析设计,通过试冲表明产品的尺寸精度和表面质量符合设计要求。 In this paper,apart called wing mounting bracket was taken as research object.Based on AutoForm software,the stamping directioin was determined by checking the negative angle of stamping,and the stamping process scheme was determined by the numerical analysis of forming limint.The forming defects,such as thinning,cracking and wrinking were predicted.On the basis of forming simulation analysis,the stamping layout design were carried out.The experiment results show the dimension precision and the surface quality of the product can meet the design requirements.
