摘要
针对大型设备长期工作在高温、高油污的恶劣工况下,提出利用光纤传感器监测设备的工作状态,采用光纤传感技术、网络技术搭建了测试系统并投入应用。应用结果表明:采用光纤传感器长期监测设备状态,不受光源、温度、油污等干扰,可取得较好的效果。
To the large equipment which working under the bad condition of high temperature and high oil pollution,this paper puts forward using optical fiber sensor to monitor the working condition of equipment,and a large equipment test system based on optical fiber sensing technology and network technology is set up.The practical application shows that the optical fiber sensor can be used as a long-term monitoring device without interference from light source,temperature and oil pollution.
