摘要 针对某种型号的汽车电池托盘表面各个孔的位置度检测需求,设计了一种汽车电池托盘检具,包括机械、硬件、软件三个部分。通过SolidWorks建立了汽车电池托盘检具的三维数字模型;利用欧姆龙CP1H型PLC及扩展芯片和各个传感器、气缸等搭建了电气线路;运用CX-Programmer编写PLC程序,实现对各个执行器件的顺序控制以及PLC与工控机的串行通讯;运用Visual Basic软件设计了电池托盘检测状况的人机交互界面,包括设备运行状态显示、手动点动控制、数据保存与分析等。试验表明该检具能够实现电池托盘孔位的检测要求,检测过程高效可靠。 Aiming at the requirement of the position degree of each hole on the car battery tray,a kind of car battery tray inspection device is designed,which includes three parts:machinery,hardware and software.A 3 Ddigital model of the inspection device was established by SolidWorks.The electric circuit was set up,which including CP1-type Omron PLC,extension chips and sensors,cylinders,etc.The PLC program was written by CX-Programmer to realize sequential control for each execution device and serial communication between PLC and industrial PC.Visual Basic software was used to design the UI of the inspection device,including display of equipment operation status,manual control,data preservation and analysis,etc.The test results show that the inspection device can meet the detection requirements of battery tray holes,and the detection process is highly efficient and reliable.
