结合典型梯形螺纹加工实例,详细介绍宏程序的编程方法。采用左右交替进刀法和分层切削方法对梯形螺纹加工程序进行编制,利用宏程序的编程方法可进一步简化梯形螺纹的编程,为梯形螺纹车削加工起到指导作用。

The programming method of macro program is introduced in detail with the example of typical trapezoidal thread machining.Using left and right alternate feeding method and layer cutting method,the NC processing program for the trapezoidal thread was compiled.Applying macroinstruction to trapezoidal thread machining program can simplify the processing program,which may provide a guide for the trapezoidal thread machining.
