摘要
轨道交通用齿轮箱的安全问题事关重大,为验证其装配质量,除在装配过程中进行质量控制外,还需进行例行试验。为了使例行试验能够准确反映装配质量,在此对于影响试车结果的因素进行分析,从而排除由于非齿轮箱装配质量引起的试车结果误差。
The safety of the gearbox for rail transportation is very important,in order to verify its assembly quality,we need to control assembly quality during the assembly process.In addition,routine test is also required,but many factors will affect the test results.In order to enable the test results to accurately reflect the assembly quality,we analyze the factors that affect the test results and eliminate the test error due to the impact of non-assembly quality.
