摘要
配电网供电可靠性是反映配电网运营及管理水平的重要指标之一。通过手拉手配电网线路进行合环转供是减少用户停电、提高供电可靠性的重要手段。为明确安全可靠的合环操作区间,文章从理论出发,在考虑了多种约束的基础上,提出了一种配电网合环操作安全校验方法,对分区运行背景下的成都城区配电网合环情况进行了研究,证明了目前成都电网还有进一步扩大合环操作范围,减少停电次数的潜力。
The reliability of distribution network is one of the important indicators reflecting the operation and management level of distribution network.Closing operation of distribution network with hand-in-hand structure is an important means to reduce power outages and improve power supply reliability.In order to define the safe and reliable loop-closing operation interval,this paper proposes a safety-constrained decision-making method for the closing operation of Chengdu distribution network considering security constraints.It is proved that the application range of closing operation of Chengdu distribution network can be further expanded to reduce the potential of power outage.
