摘要 组合电器设备具有占地面积小、功能组合灵活、免维护等优点,近年来在我国电网及电源项目中大量使用,在运数量较10年前成倍增加。根据近10年国内组合电器设备发生故障显示,由于设计、质量、工艺、安装等问题,组合电器存在安全风险,由于组合电器设备充有一定压力的SF6气体,无法免维护运行。对三类典型故障进行深入分析,提出了针对性的解决措施。 The combined electrical apparatus has the advantages of small floor space,flexible functional combination and maintenance free.In recent years,it has been widely used in China’s power grid and power supply,and its number of operations has doubled from a decade ago.According to a large number of faults of domestic combined electrical apparatus in the past 10 years,due to design,quality,process,installation and other issues,the combined electrical apparatus have safety risks.In addition,since the combined electrical apparatus is filled with a certain pressure of SF6 gas,its maintenance-free advantage cannot be reflected in actual operation.This paper conducts a quantitative and in-depth analysis of three types of typical faults,refines the fault mechanism model,and proposes targeted solutions.
