摘要
零件的数控加工是由CNC系统控制刀架的运动实现的,但实际切削时是由刀位点即刀尖或者是刀具切削刃完成的,这就需要在刀架与刀位点之间进行位置偏置,从而使数控系统的控制对象由刀架变换到刀位,这种变换过程就称为刀具补偿。利用刀具补偿,编程人员只需按照工件的轮廓尺寸编程而不需计算刀位点的具体走刀轮廓,极大地提高了程序编制的效率。本文结合实践应用,讲述刀具补偿在数控铣削加工中的应用。
The NC machining of parts is controlled by the CNC system to the false motion to realize the machining.But the actual cutting is done by the knife position that is the tip of the knife or cutting edge. This needs to be carriedout between the tool holder and knife position. Thus, the control object of the NC system is transformed fi'om the toolholder to the knife position. This transformation is called tool compensation. Using cutting tools to compensate, theprogrammer only needs to program according to the contour size of the workpieee, and does not need to calculate thespecific tool location to the contour. Greatly improve the efficiency of programming. This paper discussed the applica-tion of cutter compensation in NC milling.
