摘要
为提高NC车床上下料效率,本文以数控车床控制系统为基础,采用伺服控制、屏通控制、机械手控制系统对上下料系统进行开发,通过两轴(x轴、z轴)伺服单臂双夹自动上下料机械手以及12站圆盘型供收料机实现自动供料、自动加工、自动卸料。
In order to improve the cutting efficiency of NC lathe, based on the control system of NC lathe, the upperand lower feeding system was developed by using servo control, screen control and manipulator control system. Theautomatic feeding and automatic feeding were realized by two axes (X axes, Z axes) servo single arm double clampingautomatic feeding manipulator and 12 stations disc feeding and receiving machine.
