基于ANSYS的小型移动吊车支腿有限元分析

摘要 以一种应用于变电站检修的小型移动吊车活动支腿为研究对象,建立小型吊车活动支腿结构有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对活动支腿结构进行强度、刚度分析,从而得到活动支腿上应力较大的区域和应力分布规律。结果表明:移动吊车的活动支腿在工况四时会产生最大位移2.35mm和最大应力255.34MPa,材料的变形满足活动支腿选材的挠度要求,也满足材料的许用应力要求。 A finite element model of the movable leg structure of a small crane used in the maintenance of substation was established, and ANSYS software was used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the movable leg structure, so as to obtain the region and stress distribution law of the active leg. The results showed that the maximum displacement of the movable leg of the moving crane was 2.35mm and the maximum stress was 255.34MPa at the fourth working condition. The deformation of the material meets the deflection requirements of the material selection of the movable leg and the allowable stress requiremented of the material.
