乌鲁木齐中山路商圈停车位配置问题分析

Analysis of Parking Lot Allocation in Zhongshan Road Business District of Urumqi

乌鲁木齐中山路商圈是商业最为活跃的区域，是中国十大著名商业街之一。但是，随着乌鲁木齐市车辆数量不断增加，中山路静态交通系统问题日益严重。本文以中山路停车位配置为研究对象，通过分析停车泊位数的主要影响因素，应用CIS手段，对中山路停车场进行缓冲区分析，对停车场的分布和数量进行深入调查。研究表明：中山路购物区存在停车设施配置差，车库供需矛盾大，停车设施使用不平衡，停车场扩建困难等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了改善中山路商圈停车泊位供求关系的建议，以期为中山路商业街体制改造和相关规划提供参考。

Urumqi Zhongshan Road business circle is the most active area of Commerce and one of the ten famouscommercial streets in China. How-ever, with the increasing number of Urumqi vehicles, the problem of static trafficsystem in Zhongshan Road is becoming more and more serious. Based on the analysis of the main influencing factorsof parking berth number, this paper analyzed the buffer zone of Zhongshan Road parking lot by using GIS, and madean in-depth investigation on the distribution and quantity of parking lot. The research showed that there were someproblems in Zhongshan Road shopping area, such as poor parking facilities allocation, large contradiction betweensupply and demand of garage, unbalanced use of parking facilities, difficulties in parking lot expansion, and so on. Inview of these problems, this paper put forward some suggestions to improve the supply and demand relationship ofparking spaces in Zhongshan Road Business Circle, in order to provide reference for the system reform and relatedplanning of Zhongshan Road Business Street.
