摘要
用户供电可靠性涉及全省各地市的电网基础、设备运行实际情况、停电计划、各类管理经验等各个方面。由此，本文通过分析辨识影响供电可靠性的薄弱环节，建立针对性的提升措施，制定可靠性目标量化值分解到各业务部门和运维班组，并完善供电可靠性工作的体系标准。分析表明，该提升方案可以有效提升河南公司配电网供电可靠性精益化管理水平。
The reliability of user power supply involves the power grid foundation, the actual situation of equipmentoperation, blackout plan and various management experiences of all provinces and municipalities. Therefore, By ana-lyzing and identifying the weak links affecting the reliability of power supply, the paper established correspondingmeasures to enhance the reliability, and formulated the quantitative value of reliability objectives to be decomposedinto various business departments and operations. The analysis showed that the scheme could effectively improve thelean management level of power supply reliability of Henan distribution network.
