摘要
不当的钙处理工艺不但起不到净化钢液,提高钢液可浇铸性的目的,反而会造成严重的水口堵塞。基于此,本文主要对包钢稀土钢板材厂钙处理工艺过程中的喂丝速度和喂丝量进行优化。通过试验得出,使用优化的喂丝速度和喂丝量,可达到最佳的钙处理效果,保证了钢水的可浇铸性,并且降低了冶炼成本。
The impioper calcium treatment process can not purify the molten steel and improve the castability of themolten steel, but will cause serious nozzle blockage. Based on this, this paper mainly optimized the wire feedingspeed and wire feeding quantity in the calcium treatment process of Baotou Steel Rare Earth Plate Plant. The re-suits showed that the optimum wire feeding speed and wire feeding quantity could achieve the best calcium treat-ment effect, ensure the casting ability of molten steel, and reduce the smelting cost.
