Fault Analysis and Maintenance of Hydraulic System of Coal Mining

随着煤矿行业的迅猛发展,煤炭机械工作已开始广泛应用液压系统与装备。但是,液压系统故障问题也越来越突出,严重影响煤矿生产的顺利进行。基于此,本文对煤矿采掘机械液压系统中的常见故障进行分析,并提出常见的故障维护措施,以供参考。

With the rapid development of the coal mining industry, the hydraulic system and equipment have been widely applied in the coal machinery industry. However, the problem of hydraulic system failure is becoming more and more serious, which seriously affects the smooth progress of coal mine production. Based on this, this paper analyzed the common faults in the hydraulic system of coal mining machinery, and put forward the common fault maintenance measures for reference.
