摘要 随着大型选矿设备的广泛应用及选矿设备行业涂装技术要求不断提高,为了解决大型选矿设备涂装技术难题,北矿机电科技有限责任公司自主研发设计了一种大型选矿设备涂装一体化环保平台。本文主要阐述该平台的设计依据和工艺参数,介绍平台涂装工艺流程,分析平台工作原理,并对系统组成进行详细论述。 With the wide application of large-scale mineral proeessing equipment and the continuous improvement of coating technology requirements in the mineral processing equipment industry, in order to solve the coating technology problems of large-scale mineral processing equipment, BGRIMM Machinery & Automation. independently developed and designed a large-scale mineral processing equipment coating integrated environmental protection platform. This paper expounded the design basis and process parameters of the platform, introduced the process flow of the platform coating, analyzed the w-orking principle of the platform in detail, and discussed the system composition in detail.
