摘要
本文运用特殊的试验装置,使氧化酸溶液在不直接接触MWCNTs的情况下与其发生反应。酸蒸汽处理MWCNTs这一新的方法的提出是为了进一步提高MWCNTs功能化的可控性,通过改变酸的量来控制MW-CNTs的功能化程度。借助粉末衍射(XRD)、红外(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对功能化的多壁碳纳米管进行表征。这种方法相对传统方法而言更加简单有效,并且控制更加精确,操作更加环保。此外,在失重大于一定值时,MWCNTs的表面会出现联通的气孔,许多新型多孔碳纳米管材料也是在该方法的基础上制备而成的。
In this paper, a special test device was used to react the oxidized acid solution with MWCNTs without di- rect contact. The new- method of acid vapor treatment of MWCNTs was proposed to further improve the controllability of MWCNTs funetionalization by changing the amount of acid to control the degree of funetionalization of MWCNTs. The funetionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes were characterized by powder diffraetion (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This method was simpler and more effective than traditional methods, and more precise control, more environmentally friendly operation. In addition, when the weight loss was greater than a certain value, the surface of MWCNTs would appear connected poles. Many new porous carbon nanotube mate- rials were also prepared on the basis of this method.
