推动云南边境地区深度融入“一带一路”建设的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures to Promote the Deep Integration of Yunnan Border Area into the Construction of “the Belt and Road Initiative”

云南拥有面向"三亚"、肩挑"两洋"的独特区位优势,是中国唯一可以同时从陆上沟通南亚、东南亚的省份。云南边境地区是"一带一路"连接交汇的支点。文章从云南边境地区融入"一带一路"建设的现状入手,分析了云南边境地区深度融入"一带一路"建设存在的问题,在探讨机遇与挑战的基础上,提出推动云南边境地区深度融入"一带一路"建设的对策。

Yunnan has a unique location advantage for ＂East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia＂and shouldering ＂the Indian Ocean and The Pacific Ocean＂. It is the only province in China that can communicate with Southeast Asia and South Asia in the same time. The border area of Yunnan is the fulcrum of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ connection. This paper starts with the integration of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ construetion in the Yunnan border area, and analyzes the problems existing in the deep integration of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ in the Yunnan border area. On the basis of exploits opportunities and challenges, it puts forward countermeasures to promote the deep integration of Yunnan＇ s border areas into ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ construction.
