随着我国文物保护事业的发展,传统村落作为一种不可再生的文化遗产,承载着中华民族的历史、地域和民族信息,是数千年农耕文明的智慧凝结,因此具有重要的文化价值,但是在当前传统村落保护性修建工作中,仍然存在审美缺失、重利轻韵、工艺难再等问题。这些问题的存在既不利于传统村落保护,也不利于传统村落及其文化的传承与开发利用。为此,必须对传统工艺进行保护性开发,必须在保护性修建中贯穿传统文化的传承与审美原则,要建立保护传承有效机制,并结合生态环境进行适度开发,加大保护技术研究和强化技术指导,加大依法管理和产权流转保护力度。
