In the yuefu poem of "Chang'an Has a Narrow Oblique Walk", the sentence "the youngest son has no official rank, living like an official in Luoyang" has been interpreted differently by the later scholars because of it logic contradiction. Zhu Gan, Yu Guanying, Wang Yimin, Xu Renfu and other scholars give their unique explanations respectively, but all of them have leaks one way or other. The sentence is best explained in the poem of Cao Pi's "Yange Hechang Xing", which tells the fact that although the youngest son of the family has no official rank, he is enjoying all the noble life like an official in Luoyang by virtue of his family' s prestige and glory.
