天然止咳化痰乳剂对人工诱导兔子病理模型抗损伤的观察

摘要 为了验证止咳化痰乳剂的临床治疗效果。将15只健康的家兔随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组5只。A组为正常对照组,每天给予正常饲喂; B组模型组用97 mg/m^3氨水喷雾刺激,连续刺激9 d。C组治疗组。每次开始试验前1 h以0. 5 ml∕只的剂量灌服止咳化痰药,其余条件同模型组。第9天每只兔子心脏采血5 mL进行血相和肝肾生化分析,然后将A、B、C 3组家兔处死,手术切除全肺,制作肺组织的病理切片,H. E.染色。结果显示,97 mg/m^3氨气浓度刺激兔子,血氨浓度持续增高。模型组兔子白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、ALT、BUN随着氨气刺激比对照组分别提高58. 7%、71. 7%、50. 1%、116. 7%、106. 5%、91. 6%,经止咳化痰乳剂治疗后白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、ALT、BUN降低31.%、36. 7%、50. 1%、29. 2%、34. 7%、17. 39%。病理切片显示,模型组肺脏可见肺间质有大量红细胞、炎症细胞浸润,腔内有大量红细胞渗出,部分肺泡腔变小且肺泡壁变厚甚至实变;治疗组的肺损伤明显好转。 In order to verify the clinical efficacy of Antitussive and expectorant emulsion,15 rabbits were randomly divided intoA, B and C groups With 5 rabbits in each group. The white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, ALT, and BUN in rabbits with 58. 7%, 71. 7%,ammonia stimulation increased by 50. 1%, 116. 7%, 106. 5% and 91. 6% when compared with those in the control group. respec-tively The white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, ALT, and BUN were decreased about 31% after treatment36. 7%, 50. 1%, 29. 2%, 34. 7%, 17. 39% with cough and phlegm emulsion. Pathologcal analysis showed that the lung interstiti-um has a large number of red blood cells, inflammatory cell infiltration in nodel graup, and alveolar cavity has a large number of redblood cells exudation, and became smaller, The alveolar wall was thickened and consolidated. However, lung injury in the treatmentgroup was significantly improved.
