New Construction of Classroom Teaching Evaluation System Based on the OBE Concept

摘要 以促进教学质量提高为根本目的,以OBE学习产出为导向的教育教学新理念,指出现课堂教学评价指标中的不足,强调在新一轮的教学改革中要突出以学为中心。研究并借鉴国内外的有效成果,结合长期的教学实践和研究,采取"以教师为主导,以学生为主体"、将过程性评价指标和形成性评价指标相结合的设计思路,把学习理念、学习方法、学习内容、学习效果、学习特色等5个要素作为教学评价要点,重新构建了新的课堂教学评价体系。 To improve teaching quality,a new idea for teaching and educating is proposed based on OBE concept where learning outcome is the guideline.The inadequacies in the evaluation indicators of classroom teaching are pointed out,and the thought of learning-centered is emphasized to meet the requirement of new teaching reform.By researching and drawing on the effective results of home and oversea,combining authors' teaching practice and research,the design thinking of combining teacher-oriented and student-centered,procedural evaluation and formative evaluation is proposed.Five elements of learning philosophy,learning methods,learning content,learning effects,and learning characteristics are used as key points of teaching evaluation,and a new classroom teaching evaluation system is then reconstructed.
