Information technology could help hospitals to impose fine management to their outpatient pharmacies,and improve management efficiency and patient satisfaction.Based on the concept of fine management and the principles of precision,strictness,and standardization,this paper tries to formulate an information architecture for the fine management of outpatient pharmacy,providing four categories of services which include target management,personnel management,drug management,and drug administration.Such architecture is implemented through four-tier information structure and components.Fine management is a management concept that optimizes resource allocation and improves service quality.It is of great value to recommend fined management for hospital outpatient drug management with the help of information technology.
