摘要
设计了一款基于NI图像处理系统,通过处理工业相机的采集图像的方式识别条形码及二维码。得到的产品SN信息再通过MES进行有序的生产管理。对于各类条形码及二维码的识别率较高,扫描速度较快,能高效提取到的条形码及二维码中的SN信息,在MES中进行有序的生产管理。
A system is designed based on NI image processing system.It can identify the barcode and the two-dimensional code through processing industrial camera image.SN information is then obtained to implement orderly production management.All kinds of barcodes and two-dimensional codes can be recognized,and the recognition rate is high,the scanning speed is quick.The SN information can be extracted effectively from barcode or two-dimensional code,complete efficient and orderly production management by MES.
