氡泉浴治疗关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察氡泉浴对关节炎的临床疗效,研究氡泉浴的作用机制。方法选择某院关节炎患者61例,采用随机对照方法分为氡泉浴组31例(治疗组)和传统的奈普生配合雷公藤多甙治疗的30例(对照组)。两组均治疗1个疗程,比较近期疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(93.55%)优于对照组(63.33%),差异有高度统计学意义(χ~2=102.1,P<0.01)。两组患者血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、Ig M和补体C3水平比较,差异均无统计学意义,治疗组Ig G水平低于对照组,补体C4高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氡泉浴治疗关节炎具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of radon spring bath in the treatment of arthritis and to studyits mechanism.Methods 61 patients with arthritis admitted in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into theradon spring bath group（the treatment group, 31 cases） and the traditional naproxen combined with tripterygium polyglu-coside group （the control group, 30 cases）.The two groups were both givena course of treatment to compare theirshort-term curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%, better than that of thecontrol group（63.33%） and the difference showed statistical significance（χ2=102.1,P〈0.01）.The difference of lev-els of IgA, IgM and alexinC3 showed no statistical significance.The level of IgG of the treatment group was lowerthan that of the control group while the level of alexinC4 higher than that of the control group.The difference showedstatistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radon spring bath had a good clinical effect in the treatment of arthritis.
