摘要
目的调查成都市社区老年糖尿病患者糖尿病防治素养现状及影响因素,为提高老年糖尿病患者防治素养,对其开展针对性治疗和护理提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法抽取成都市4个社区2型老年糖尿病患者,采用一般资料问卷、《中国糖尿病患者糖尿病防治素养调查问卷》进行调查。结果共调查社区2型老年糖尿病患者147名,其中具备糖尿病防治素养的老年糖尿病患者22名(15.0%),平均得分为(14.16±10.47)分,影响糖尿病防治素养水平的因素有文化程度和病程年限,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),防治素养水平随着文化程度的升高、病程年限的增加而升高。结论成都市社区老年糖尿病患者防治素养水平偏低,社区应开展更多提高患者及居民防治素养水平的活动,针对不同人群加强居民糖尿病信息获取与利用方面技能的培训,以提高糖尿病防治素养水平和自我管理能力,促进健康生活方式的形成。
Objective To investigate the status of diabetes prevention and treatment among elderly diabetic patientsin communities in Chengdu and to enhance their awareness of prevention of treatment of the disease and to providereferences for targeted treament and nursing.Methods Random sampling method was used to collect elderly patientswith type-2 diabetes in4 communities in Chengdu.Surveys were conducted using the general information questionnaireand the 'Diagnosis Questionnaire on Diabetes Mellitus in Chinese Diabetes Patients'.Results A total of 147 elderlypatients with type-2 diabetes were investigated, including 22 diabetic patients with diabetes mellitus (15.0%) and theaverage score was(14.16±10.47)points.The factors affecting the level of diathesis for prevention and treatment of di-abetes were education level and duration of illness.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The level ofprevention and treatment awareness of the disease increased with the increase of education level and the duration ofthe disease.Conclusion The prevention and treatment awareness of elderly patients with diabetes in Chengdu is rela-tively low.Communities should carry out more activities to raise the awareness of prevention and treatment of the dis-ease, strengthen the skill training of residents in the acquisition and application of diabetes information to enhance theprevention and treatment and self-control abilities of residents and to promote the formation of healthy lifestyle.
