槐杞黄颗粒调节哮喘患儿体液免疫机理初探

Study on the mechanism of huaiqihuang granule regulating humoral immunity in children with asthma

目的:槐杞黄颗粒是临床中常用的中药制剂,多项研究表明该药具有促进非特异性免疫功能的功能,且对异常改变的细胞和体液免疫反应具有明显调节作用。本文从支气管哮喘患儿的体液免疫特点、槐杞黄药理的探讨以及该药调节哮喘患儿免疫状态的机理3个方面论述了槐杞黄颗粒调节哮喘患儿体液免疫的机理。

Huaiqihuang granule is a commonly used Chinese medicine preparation in clinic.Many studies have shown that Huaiqihuang granule has the function of promoting non-specific immune function and has obvious regulating effect on abnormal cellular and humoral immune responses.This paper discusses the mechanism of Huaiqihuang granules regulating humoral immunity in children with asthma from three aspects：the characteristics of humoral immunity,pharmacological study of huaiqihuang and the mechanism of its regulating immune status in children with asthma.
