分析乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床效果

Clinical effect of partial mastcctomy in the treatment of benign breast masses

目的:探讨乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果。方法:收治乳腺良性肿块患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组采用常规乳腺区段切除术,观察组采用改良乳腺区段切除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组平均手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、切口愈合时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块患者的效果显著,可有效减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,并发症发生率低。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of partial mastcctomy in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods：94 patients with benign breast masses were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional partial mastcctomy,the observation group was treated with modified partial mastcctomy,we compared the treatment treatment of two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in average operative time between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.After treatment,the amount of bleeding,postoperative pain time,wound healing time and complication rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Modified partial mastcctomy for benign breast tumors had a significant effect,it can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten hospital stay,the incidence of complications was low.
