恩度结合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of Endostar combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探析恩度结合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:收治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者100例,随机分为研究组和参照组,各50例;参照组采用单一化疗,研究组给予恩度结合化疗治疗。结果:研究组治疗有效率优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌患者行恩度结合化疗治疗,可以有效改善患者的生存质量,提升治疗有效率,并且无显著不良反应。

Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Endostar combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：100 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.Results：The effective rate of the study group was better than that of the reference group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Enthusiasm combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve the efficiency of treatment,and no significant adverse reactions.
