小儿肺炎给予盐酸氨溴索联合丙卡特罗治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis on ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:收治小儿肺炎患者94例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各47例。对照组给予常规综合治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予盐酸氨溴索和丙卡特罗治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎效果显著。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of arnbroxol hydrochloride combined with calcium chloride in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods：94 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment;the treatment group was given arnbroxol hydrochloride and procaterol on the basis of the control group.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with pmcaterol is effective in treating infantile pneumonia.
