夫西地酸乳膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of fusidic acid cream combined with isovitamin A acid erythromycin gel in the treatment of acne

目的:探讨夫西地酸乳膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:收治痤疮患者94例,分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用夫西地酸乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组患者基础上加用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夫西地酸乳膏联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of fusidic acid cream combined with isovitamin A acid erythromycin gel in the treatment of acne.Methods：94 acne patients were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream,the observation group was treated with eisovitamin A acid erythromycin gel on the basis of the control group,we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of fusidic acid cream combined with isovitamin A acid erythromycin gel in the treatment of acne was significant.
