探究米索前列醇和欣母沛用于治疗产后出血的疗效

To explore the efficacy of misoprostol and hexproate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨米索前列醇联合欣母沛治疗产后出血的效果。方法:收治产后出血产妇84例,平均分为常规组和联合治疗组,各42例。两组均常规使用催产素干预,常规组在此基础之上给予欣母沛治疗,联合治疗组在此基础上给予米索前列醇联合欣母沛治疗。结果:联合治疗组产后出血治疗有效率高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合欣母沛治疗产后出血具有一定的安全性,能有效提高治疗有效率。

Objective：To explore the effect of misoprostol combined with HM in treating postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：84 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected,they were equally divided into routine group and combined treatment group with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely treated with oxytocin.The routine group was treated with hexproate on this basis.The combined treatment group was treated with misoprostol and hexproate on this basis.Results：The effective rate of postpartum hemorrhage of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Misoprostol combined with hexproate is safe and effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
