他克莫司乳膏联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of tacrolimus cream combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of atopic dermatitis

目的:探讨他克莫司乳膏联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗特应性皮炎的疗效。方法:收治特应性皮炎患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例;观察组予以他克莫司乳膏联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,对照组给予他克莫司乳膏治疗;比较治疗后两组间的临床疗效、病情改善等情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组皮损面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒和睡眠程度等情况改善比对照组明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:盐酸左西替利嗪片联合他克莫司乳膏治疗特应性皮炎,病情改善明显,治疗效果显著。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of tacrolimus cream combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods：96 patients with atopic dermatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each group;the observation group was treated with tacrolimus cream combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets;the control group was treated with tacrolimus cream;the clinical efficacy and improvement of disease were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Resuhs：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of skin lesion area,severity of skin lesion,pruritus and sleep level of the observation group was more obvious than those of the control group.Conclusion： Levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with tacrolimus cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis,the disease improved significantly,the treatment effect is significant.
