中医针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of cervical facet joints by acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:探讨中医针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的效果。方法:收治颈椎小关节错缝患者70例,根据治疗方法不同随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采取西医颈椎牵引治疗,观察组采取中医针灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS、NPQ评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎小关节错缝患者采取中医针灸治疗,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者活动能力与生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical facet joints.Methods：70 patients with cervical facet joint dislocation were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine cervical traction,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Resuhs：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.The VAS and NPQ scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the pain of patients with cervical facet joint dislocation effectively and improve their activity ability and quality of life.
