综合护理干预在手烧伤患者术后康复中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in rehabilitation after hand burn operation

目的:探讨综合护理干预在手烧伤患者术后康复中的应用价值。方法:收治手烧伤患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合物理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组的恢复优良率、疼痛情况和心理状态明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在手烧伤患者术后康复中的应用价值显著。

Objective：To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in rehabilitation after hand burn operation.Methods：80 patients with hand burn were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given comprehensive physical intervention,we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results：After nursing,in the observation group,the excellent and good of recovery rate,pain and psychological status were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in rehabilitation after hand burn operation was significant.
