摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在宫外孕保守治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治保守治疗的宫外孕患者96例,分为参照组和试验组,每组各48例。参照组采用常规护理方案,试验组采用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分改善效果和护理满意度优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在宫外孕保守治疗中的应用效果显著。
Objective：To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy. Methods：96 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with conservative treatment were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing plan and the experimental group was given high quality nursing,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the HAMA score,HAMD score improvement and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of high quality nursing in conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy was significant.
