循证护理对慢性胆囊炎患者痛苦程度及生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on pain and quality of life in patients with chronic cholecystitis

目的:探讨循证护理对慢性胆囊炎患者痛苦程度及生活质量的影响。方法:收治慢性胆囊炎患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用循证护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理干预后总体健康、健康角色受限、躯体功能、躯体疼痛、生命活力、社交功能、情感角色受限、精神健康等各项生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后轻度痛苦比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而重度痛苦比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可明显减轻慢性胆囊炎患者痛苦程度,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on pain and quality of life in patients with chronic cholecystitis.Methods：80 patients with chronic cholecystitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,after nursing intervention, the scores of overall heahh,limited health role,physical function,physical pain,vitality,social function,limited emotional role,mental health and other quality of life were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the proportion of severe pain was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life in patients with chronic cholecystitis.
