分析以家庭为中心的社区高血压防治干预

Analysis of family centered community hypertension prevention and intervention

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的社区高血压防治干预效果。方法:收治高血压患者90例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加用以家庭为中心的干预护理方式,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组护理满意评分、舒张压及收缩压均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的社区高血压防治干预效果显著,可准确控制其血压状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of family centered community hypertension prevention and intervention.Methods：90 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family-centered intervention nursing on the basis of the nursing of the control group,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：After nursing,the nursing satisfaction score,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of family centered community hypertension prevention and intervention was significant,it can accurately control its blood pressure and improve nursing satisfaction.
