糖尿病健康小屋应用于糖尿病社区护理管理的价值观察

Value observation of diabetes health hut applied to diabetes community nursing management

目的:探讨糖尿病健康小屋应用于糖尿病社区护理管理的价值。方法:选取社区糖尿病患者164例,随机分两组。观察组给予健康小屋护理管理,对照组不接受健康小屋护理管理。结果:观察组患者护理干预后的糖尿病知识知晓评分(22.56±6.54)分,空腹血糖(7.53±3.02)mmol/L,餐后血糖水平(10.30±2.01)mmol/L;对照组患者护理干预后的糖尿病知识知晓评分(18.25±5.98)分,空腹血糖(8.69±3.11)mmol/L,餐后血糖水平(12.33±3.00)mmol/L。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病健康小屋应用于糖尿病社区护理管理可提升患者的血糖控制水平。

Objective：To explore the value of diabetes health hut in community nursing management of diabetes.Methods：A total of 164 patients with diabetes in the community were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The observation group was given nursing management of health hut,while the control group did not receive nursing management of health hut. Results：The scores of diabetes knowledge awareness,fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were（22.56 ± 6.54）, （7.53 ± 3.02）mmol/L and （10.30 ± 2.01）mmol/L respectively of diabetic patients in the observation group after nursing intervention. The scores of diabetes knowledge awareness,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose were（18.25 ± 5.98）scores,（8.69 ± 3.11）mmol/L and（12.33 ±3.00）mmol/L respectively of diabetic patients in the control group after nursing intervention,the differences between groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of diabetes health cabin in diabetes community nursing management can improve the blood glucose control level of patients.
