Evaluation of free premarital medical examination in Rugao City

目的:评估免费婚前医学检查的效果。方法:对启动婚前医学检查初期与免费婚前医学检查初期的婚检率、影响婚育疾病检出率、提出婚育医学意见率等指标进行回顾分析与对照比较。结果:两个阶段婚检率、影响婚育疾病检出率、影响婚育异常情况检出率、暂缓医学意见率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:免费结合专人常驻婚姻登记处宣传有助于提高婚检率,并需要进一步强化婚前医学检查的规范化管理。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of free premarital medical examination.Methods：A retrospective analysis and comparison were made on the rate of premarital examination,the detection rate of diseases affecting marriage and childbirth,and the rate of medical opinions on marriage and childbirth between the early stage of initiating premarital medical examination and the early stage of free premarital medical examination.Resuhs：There were significant differences in the rate of Premarital Check-up between the two stages,the detection rate of diseases affecting marriage and childbirth,the detection rate of abnormal conditions affecting marriage and childbirth,and the rate of suspended medical opinions（P=0.000）.Conclusion：Free and permanent publicity in the marriage registration office will help to improve the rate of premarital examination,and further strengthen the standardized management of premarital medical examination.
