对急诊护理风险因素及防范的研究

Study on risk factors and prevention of emergency nursing

急诊护理工作有着一定的特殊性,患者病情进展相对较快,加大了护理风险。所以要找出存在的风险因素,提出有针对性的防范对策,做好管理工作,建立完善的护理管理体系,满足发展的要求。基于此本文针对急诊护理风险因素与防范研究进行简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。

Emergency nursing has certain particularity,the patient＇s progress is relatively fast,which increases the risk of nursing. Therefore,we need to identify the risk factors and propose targeted preventive measures,we must do a good job in management and establish a sound nursing management system to meet the requirements of development.Based on this,this paper expounds the risk factors and prevention of emergency nursing,and puts forward some personal views for reference only.
