连台手术间隙应用空气消毒机的效果观察

Effect observation of air disinfector in continuous operation gap

目的:探究连台手术间隙应用空气消毒机的效果。方法:选择两个条件基本相同的手术室作为对照组和观察组。观察组采用空气消毒机进行手术间隙消毒,对照组采用常规手术室消毒处理。比较两组第1台手术后、消毒后30 min、第2台手术前、第2台手术开始30 min以及第2台手术后空气菌落密度以及消毒效果。结果:观察组消毒后30 min空气菌落密度低于对照组,第2台手术前、第2台手术开始30 min、第2台术后空气菌落密度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消毒率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连台手术间隙采用空气消毒机进行空气消毒效果较明显。

Objective：To explore the effect of air disinfector in continuous operation gap.Methods：Two operating rooms with the same conditions were selected as the control group and the observation group.The observation group was sterilized by air disinfector,while the control group was sterilized by conventional operating room.The air colony density and disinfection effect were compared between the two groups after the first operation,30 minutes after disilffection,before the second operation,30 minutes after the second operation and after the second operation.Results：The air colony density of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 30 minutes after disinfeetion,the air colony density of the observation group was lower than that of the control group before the second operation,30 minutes after the second operation and after the second operation,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The disinfection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of air disinfeetor in continuous operation gap was more effective.
