摘要 为提高主动配电网对可再生清洁能源的消纳能力,降低负荷峰谷差,对储能系统、可控分布式发电单元、柔性负荷的协调调度设定优先级,以减小发电成本、储能等效运行成本和源荷共赢成本为子目标,构建综合成本最小的主动配电网和能源终端用户合作共赢的优化调度模型。建立基于距离最小化原则和离差平方和的双目标决策函数,通过熵权—AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process,AHP)综合赋权法,计算目标函数中各子目标权重系数。采用改进的具有主动搜索和主动学习特性的APSO(Active Particle Swarm Optimization,APSO)算法,对所建模型进行求解。以44节点主动配电网络测试系统为算例,验证了优化调度策略的有效性和合理性。 In order to improve the capacity of active distribution network to accommodate more renewable clean energy and reduce the peak-valley difference of load, by setting the coordination optimal dispatch priority of energy storage systems, controllable distributed generation units, and flexible loads, an optimal dispatch model of active distribution network and energy end-user cooperation with minimum comprehensive cost is constructed with the goal of reducing the generation cost and Equivalent operating cost of energy storage. And then the multi participation of the power generation side and load side of the active distribution network, the complementary optimization of photovoltaic power generation, wind power, energy storage and other energy, the interaction among the distributed generation units, and the energy storages and flexible load are realized. A two-objective decision function based on distance minimization principle and sum of squares of deviations is established. The weight coefficients of each sub objective in the objective function are calculated through entropy weight-AHP comprehensive weighting method. The proposed model is solved by using the proposed APSO algorithm with active search and active learning characteristics. Taking a 44 node active distribution network test system as an example, the validity and rationality of the proposed active distribution network optimization scheduling strategy are verified.
