永磁涡流调速装置三维有限元分析

摘要 永磁涡流调速装置采用无机械联结的柔性传动方式,传动特性较软,具有高效节能、无谐波污染等优点。为了探究装置的机械特性和传动特性,给实物装置的参数选定和优化设计提供参考,利用ANSYS Maxwell软件,建立了永磁涡流调速装置的三维有限元模型,赋予了模型各部分相应的属性,进行了三维瞬态磁场有限元分析,得到了模型在不同转速差下的输出转矩和输出功率。随着转速差的增加,输出转矩先增加,后缓慢减小;输出功率持续增加。从转速差-转矩关系曲线上确定了装置的转速差在30~100rpm范围内为合理工作区间。 Permanent-magnet eddy-current adjustable-speed drive adopts a flexible trans- mission mode without mechanical connection. It has the advantages of soft transmission charac- teristic, high efficiency, energy saving and no harmonic pollution. In order to explore mechani- cal and transitive characteristics of the device and provide reierences tor parameters selection and optimization design of the device, a 3 D finite-element model of the device is set up by AN- SYS Maxwell. The COiTesponding properties of each part of model are given, the finite-element analysis of 3 D transient magnetic field is carried out, and the output torque and output power of the model at different rotational speed difference are obtained. With the increase of the speed difference, the output torque increases and then decreases slowly; the output power increases continually. According to the relation curve of speed difference vs torque, it is determined that the reasonable working range is of from 30 μm to 100 ipm.
