摘要
为确保防爆电器的安全性,防爆电器在空气中的最小电气间隙、爬电距离、绝缘参数必须符合GB 3836的规定要求。而最小电气间隙和爬电距离与额定冲击电压、电场条件、污染等级及绝缘材料的等级及表面形状有关。因此在检查防爆电气间隙和爬电距离时必须考虑上述条件因素,方能客观准确的完成检测工作。
In order to ensure the satety of explosion-proof electrical apparatus, the mini-mum electrical clearance, creeping distance and insulation parameters of it in the air have to meet the requirements of GB 3836, and minimum electrical clearance and creepage distance are related to the rated impact voltage, electric field condition, pollution degree, insulation materi- al grade and surface shape. Theretore, the above factors have to be taken into account when checking the explosion-proof electrical clearance and creepage distance, so as to finish the test work objectively and accurately.
