摘要 组织惯性理论起源于汉南的组织生态学,研究最初从环境"选择"视角出发,经过长期发展,逐渐扩充到组织"适应"视角,目前正在向两种视角融合的方向发展;关于组织惯性的来源和构成维度有着大量的不同见解,涵盖面比较广泛和完善,但分类逻辑尚不能统一;而组织惯性对组织发展尤其是组织变革的影响已经比较清晰,但"组织惯性如何克服"这个终极问题还存在着很大的探索空间。本文以为,未来研究应以组织惯性的克服为主攻方向,紧密联系中国企业实际,尽快形成比较统一的理论框架,以促进惯性理论走向成熟。 Organizational inertial theory originated from the organizational ecology proposed by Hannan et al. The researchperspective of the theory initially focuses on "environmental selection", then expands to "organizational adaption" gradually, and nowis moving towards the integration of them all. There are lots of different views on the source and composing dimension of theorganizational inertia. The coverage of these views are extensive and perfect but the classification logic is not unanimous. In contrast,the influence of organizational inertia on the organizational development, especially organizational change, is quite clear, but there isstill a lot of research space for the ultimate problem of "how to cope with the organizational inertia". Therefore, this paper suggeststhat future research should get tightly close to the reality of Chinese enterprises, and take the overcoming of organizational inertia asthe main task to form a unified theoretical framework as soon as possible and to promote inertial theory to mature.
