注射用还原型谷胱甘肽住院医嘱合理性分析

Analysis on the Rationality of Hospitalization Directed Prescription of Reduced Glutathione in a Top Three Hospital

目的:调查某三甲医院住院医嘱中注射用还原型谷胱甘肽的使用情况,分析其应用的合理性。方法:随机抽取我院20l6年12月住院医嘱中使用注射用还原型谷胱甘肽的病例共160例,对使用情况进行统计、分析。结果:20l6年12月不合理病历共22份,不合理率为13.75%。主要问题为超适应证用药(10%)、超剂量用药(3.75%)。针对其超适应证使用情况进行循证医学的查证。结论:注射用还原型谷胱甘肽在临床上存在一定不合理使用的情况,特别是其超说明书适应证的使用,药师应基于循证依据,加强与临床的沟通,促进医院辅助用药的管理。

Objective： To investigate the use of reduced glutathione in hospitalization directed prescription in a top three hospital, and analyze the rationality of its application. Methods： 160 cases of inpatients in December 2016 with reduced glutathione were randomly chosen, and the usage of the drug was analyzed. Results： The number of irrational medical records was 22 and the rate of irrational usage was 13.75% in December 2016. Unapproved indications（10%）and over doses treatment（3.75%）were the main situations of irrational usage of drugs. Evidence-based medicine was used to verify the unapproved indications. Conclusion： There is a certain degree of unreasonable use in the administration of reduced glutathione for injection, in particular, the use of its unapproved indication. Therefore, the pharmacists should strengthen their communication with the clinic based on evidence-based evidence and promote the management of hospital adjuvant medication.
