吲哚美辛栓联合山莨菪碱治疗前列腺等离子汽化电切术后膀胱痉挛的护理探析

Nursing Analysis of Indomethacin Suppository Combined with Anisodamine in the Treatment of Bladder Spasm after Plasma Vaporization of Prostate

目的:探讨吲哚美辛栓联合山莨菪碱治疗前列腺等离子汽化电切术后膀胱痉挛的护理方法与效果。方法:选择本院2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治进行前列腺等离子汽化电切术治疗的患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为40例观察组和40例对照组,两组患者均提供术后膀胱持续冲洗治疗,在对照组患者出现膀胱痉挛时提供山莨菪碱肌肉注射治疗,观察组患者则为术后膀胱痉挛患者在12h内提供山莨菪碱肌肉注射治疗后,加吲哚美辛栓治疗,分别提供常规护理与综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后24～48h的痉挛次数、持续时间、膀胱冲洗时间以及冲洗液转清时间的相关指标,并对比患者术后膀胱痉挛的程度。结果:观察组患者术后痉挛次数、痉挛持续时间、膀胱冲洗时间与冲洗液转清时间均比对照组更少,P<0.05,发生轻度、中度与重度痉挛的例数也明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:吲哚美辛栓联合山莨菪碱治疗前列腺等离子汽化电切术后膀胱痉挛配合综合护理干预具有很好的作用。

Objective： To explore the nursing method and effect of indomethacin suppository combined with anisodamine in the treatment of bladder spasm after plasma vaporization of prostate. Methods： 80 patients treated with plasma vaporization of prostate from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The patients in both groups were treated with continuous bladder irrigation after operation. The patients in the control group were treated with anisodamine intramuscular injection when bladder spasm occurred. In the observation group, patients with postoperative bladder spasm were treated with anisodamine intramuscular injection within 12 hours, and the patients in the control group were treated with anisodamine intramuscular injection. The patients in the two groups were treated with indomethacin suppository with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively. The spasm times, duration, bladder washing time and washing time were compared between the two groups at 24 hours after operation. The degree of bladder spasm after operation was compared. Results： The number of spasms, the duration of spasm, the time of bladder washing and the time of fiushing solution in the observation group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the number of cases with mild, moderate and severe spasm was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention on indomethacin suppository combined with anisodamine in the treatment of bladder spasm after plasma vaporization of prostate can achieve good effect.
