Analysis of the Carbapenem-resistant on Elderly Patients with Klebsiella Pneumoniae Infection

目的:探讨老年患者感染耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌感染的治疗方案。方法:通过临床药师参与,协助临床医生为患者制定个体化给药方案,给予替加环素联合阿米卡星抗感染治疗,并监护用药过程。结果:治疗方案有效,未出现不良反应,患者病情好转出院。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗可促进用药合理化,保证老年患者用药安全。

Objective To investigation the treatment of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae in elderly patients. Methods： Clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians in formulating individual drug delivery schemes for patients with tegocycline combined with amikacin anti-infection treatment, and monitoring the process of drug use. Results： The treatment is effective, there is no adverse reaction and the patient is well discharged from the hospital. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical treatment promotes the rational use of drugs, and ensures drug safety in the elderly.
