摘要
本文分析编制《阎王鼻子水库大坝安全管理应急预案》是为了提高阎王鼻子水库大坝突发事件应对能力,切实做好水库遭遇突发事件时的防洪抢险调度和险情抢护工作,力保水库工程安全,最大程度保障人民群众生命安全,减少损失,供业内参考。
Preparation of ‘Yanwangbizi Reservoir Dam Safety Management Emergency Plan’ is analyzed in the paper, therefore the emergency coping capacity of Yanwangbizi reservoir dam is improved, and the flood prevention scheduling and risk rescue work during reservoir emergency events are actually done, thereby striving to protect the reservoir engineering safety, maximally guaranteeing the people’s lives and safety, reducing loss, and providing reference for the industry.
