摘要
泸定水电站建于厚覆盖层上,覆盖层主要由(3)_(-1)亚层的含漂(块)卵(碎)砾石层和(2)_(-1)亚层的漂(块)卵(碎)砾石层组成,其土壤接地电阻率较高,枢纽接地网设计接地电阻应小于0. 50Ω,2014年4月测量的接地电阻0. 71Ω,超过标准。为确保电站人身和设备安全,决定对枢纽接地网进行改造,确保其接地电阻符合设计要求。
The Luding Hydropower Station was built on the thick covering layer which is made up of drifting (block) pebble gravel layer including ③-1 and ②-1 sublayers and has a greater soil ground resistivity. The ground resistance for the hub ground grid is designed at less than 0.50Ω. The ground resistance measured in April 2014 is 0.71Ω, which is above proof. In order to ensure the personal and equipment safety in the hydropower station, a transformation decision of the hub grounding grid is made to guarantee the ground resistance meets the design requirement.
